Requirements from the 3rd January 2012
Emissions from next year will have to fall in line with Euro IV standards for particulate matter emission. To avoid additional costs, you will have to replace or modify your vehicle to meet the new LEZ standards.
To qualify for exemption from paying a daily charge, a vehicle must be fitted with a full filter and you must have a valid RPC or LEC certificate. The filter must be one which is approved.
