Very good but a little disjointed in being able to speak to the same representative and therefore keep continuity throughout the sale. I was consistently talking to different people.

Faultless! Literally, everything I asked or was concerned about getting dealt with immediately. From initial contact right up until 2 weeks after I received the vehicle, I was contacted to check all was ok.

Very well informed, however, it took far too long for me to receive the van and then it broke down two weeks after I had received it. But since then I have been very satisfied with it. The team at Vanarama were very helpful and kept me up to date, I understand that Toyota was not releasing the van at the agreed date, no fault is laid at the team's door. I have asked for a cost of two further vans, but I have yet to hear from you.
