Once ordered I had to contact you as to when the vehicle eould arrive after the due date. I was informed of a delay but still had to chase for delivery. Staff were helpful as this was Nissans fault but communication could have been better. I would recomend you to others as overall the experience was good.

The only downside to using PickupTrucks Direct was distance, as the company is 130 miles from where I live. It took me over a year to make my decision but each time i checked there was no impatience or any sense I was wasting anyone's time. If I was being hypercritical the fact that the first salesman I used (RICHARD BENNETT) was fired for "borrowing" customer names and details is something I still remember, but the upside of that is the first I knew of it was the announcement that he had been removed for this and I have not had any email or anything else from him since then. All in all, a very good company to deal with, and a friendly, straightforward, no-nonsense service.

We have 2 pick up trucks sourced via you.We were offered and accepted a special deal for 2 Mazda BT50's. This was a great deal and we are delighted. We would like to replace both vehicles at the end of the 3 year terms. We are currently looking into adding another pick up to our fleet. Unfortunately there are no deals available at this time.
