The Fiat Ducato was first introduced in 1981 and has been redesigned on three occasions. The current variant of the Fiat Ducato, launched in 2006, is designed with the commercial operator in mind. The medium sized Fiat Scudo was released in the 1990's and was joined in 2001, by a new edition to its fleet, the Fiat Doblo. This panel van won recognition in 2006 as the international van of the year.
