Fiat reveals new Doblo details

Those thinking of van leasing a Fiat Doblo will be interested to hear details of the updated range just released by the manufacturer.

Fiat has disclosed that the new model has been completely redesigned, retaining just three per cent of components from the outgoing version.

It claims it is more spacious, more comfortable, easier to drive, safer and better equipped than its predecessor.

"An almost-total renewal, of chassis, bodywork, suspension, engines and technology, all delivered in a modern, appealing manner, makes new Doblo a serious contender among families or anyone who requires roominess and versatility," said Andrew Humberstone, managing director of Fiat in the UK and Ireland.

Available in three levels of trim, Active, Dynamic and Eleganza, the vehicles come with a range of options and extras.

Included as standard in the top of the range 2.0 16v MultiJet 135 Eleganza are electric rear windows, front foglights, leather steering wheel and gear knob, and 16-inch alloy wheels.

Fiat recently signed a deal with the FA to be the official car supplier to the England football team.
