Van leasing customers were able to look at the latest developments in the van world this month at the Commercial Vehicle Show.
The event, which took place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, offered attendees the chance to see the newest pickup trucks and vans, and there were plenty of exciting vehicles on show.
According to the Farmers Guardian, one of the highlights was the Nissan Pathfinder 4x4 van. Once its rear seats are removed, the van has an impressive load volume and can safely accommodate a payload weighing 620 kg.
The newspaper said the van benefits from "added flexibility" thanks to an optional secondary mesh bulkhead, which can be positioned behind the rear side doors. This can be used to accommodate animals as it effectively divides the load area.
Equipped with a six-speed manual gearbox, the Pathfinder boasts a 2.5-litre 171hp turbo diesel engine.
In its review of the Nissan Pathfinder, Top Gear said it is "big" and "rugged" and that its design was influenced by the Land Rover Discovery.
