Initial contact was fine but the volume of emails following the initial discussion was too much. I counted 46 in the 8 weeks between original inquiry and delivery.

Very pleased with your service but I problems on getting insurance. The registration given at the time had not been logged with the DVLA so the insurance company could not give a figure to allow me to get cover. This caused me countless hours on phone over a 3 day period, and numerous e-mails to comply with the the cut off time to get the van on the correct day. I realise you have a lot of vans on the move. Many thanks for all the efforts by all.

The reason why the insurance company had difficulties finding your new registration plate was due to the new 66 number plates not being live on some insurance companies systems, as this is the case they do need to manually enter the details in order to produce a certificate.
