    In waiting for my van I wasn't informed that the delivery date had been delayed twice until I contacted them asking why I hadn't heard anything. On the day the vehicle was delivered it was a damp morning and the van was wet, once it had dried of the van was covered in dirty smears and excess glue down both sides where transport protection pads had been, I work in the car trade so see this thing quite a lot but I feel this should have been removed properly before delivery.

    Friendly efficient fast service, the wrong van was delivered but this was handled in a professional manner by Customer Service. Although they compensated me with a full tank of fuel, it was not enough for the inconvenience and cost to me.

    The service at the front end of the transaction from Kelly was brilliant - prompt and polite, nothing seemed too much trouble even when I was dithering about which vehicle and best plan to choose. Her communications were prompt and clear throughout. From the decision point onwards the back office functions seemed clunky - different departments doing this and that, time-scales for receiving documentation not really clear leaving me to chase and then when things did arrive they need turning round very quickly. Whilst the staff were friendly and cheerful it all seemed a little disjointed. The vehicle handover wasn't that great either - nice enough chap, should have cleaned the mud off his shoes before setting off maybe and didn't go through the vehicle as I've had when buying a car, didn't explain service intervals or if it needs a check before the first full service etc - seemed more keen on how he was getting to the train station so gave him a lift in the end.

    Service and staff was very good. My only concern is I had no info regarding servicing and maintenance on my van. To what I have to do? Apart from that I am very happy.

I can tell you that your Citroen Dispatch will require a service every 20,000 miles or 12 months (whichever comes first). Also the cam belt renewal (where fitted) every 112,500 miles or every 120 months (again whichever comes first). You don’t have to use a main dealer, the garage concerned just needs to be VAT registered and use genuine Citroen parts. Thank you again.
