With an extra cubic meter of storage space available, this high-roof variant of the hugely popular Sprinter is ideal for carrying larger loads. At a maximum of 2720mm high compared to 2435mm for the standard model, the van is still able to negotiate the vast majority of bridges, obstacles and multi-storey car parks without difficulty.
The comfortable and spacious cabin has plenty of room for three adults and comes with a number of cup holders and storage nooks to save you putting all your little bits and pieces in the side pockets where they are all too easily lost or damaged.
Mercedes-Benz vans are admired, as much for their car-like handling as for the tank-like solidity of their construction so it’s really no surprise that safety has been a high priority for the Sprinter’s designers. Anti-lock brakes, emergency braking assist and advanced electronic stability control are all supplied as standard, no-cost options across the range.
While many vehicles in this sector of the market feature stability control, the system fitted to the Sprinter is one of the most advanced around. By constantly measuring the centre of gravity and speed of the vehicle, it can help you to stop in the shortest possible time, no matter how uneven or heavy your load. The stability control can also help control a trailer that starts to swerve due to a high crosswind as it is being towed along.
With a long wheelbase, this van has a maximum load length of 4300mm and can carry a payload of up to 2750kgs. It 2.1 litre diesel engine produces 129bhp which is more than adequate for most tasks. The basic model is supplied with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Both automatic transmission and 4x4 drive are optional extras on some variants. The combined fuel economy figure for this model is 33.2 mpg while carbon dioxide emissions are 222 g/km.
If your van is one of the most important tools that you use in the course of your business, the Sprinter is a competent, comfortable and easy-to-drive choice that will perform admirably for many years to come.

Hello, thank you for getting in touch. You're right, at the end of the contract hire agreement if the vehicle has been damaged you will be charged, however, they do all allow what they call fair wear and tear, this takes into account the duration and mileage the vehicle will be covering and the finance company understand that the vehicle will not be in “showroom condition” when it is handed back and they do allow for certain damage. Here's a link to a document which shows examples of what finance company class as acceptable and not acceptable. Click the link to view - http://bit.ly/1qSPufl Thank you.
Hi, thanks for your question. It would depend on the type of lease agreement you would be taking. If you took out a lease with the option of you owning the vehicle at the end you are able to add additional aftermarket options. Please be aware this might affect the value of the vehicle when you come to sell it. If you went with a Contract Hire agreement we would recommend speaking to the lease company before any work was carried out on the vehicle. We always recommend having a professional approved company to fit any aftermarket accessories.
Hello, thank you for getting in touch. Unfortunately, we do not offer outright sales prices as we can only lease vehicles using out discounts, the list price without discount is £29290.00+vat and the metallic paint costs £645+vat.
Hello Eddie, thank you for getting in touch. Yes the finance companies do have limitations on the mileage, the maximum they will allow is 50K per annum. Most of our funder's will not allow the vehicle to be handed back with any more than 180,000 miles. Please get in touch with one of the salesman for further information.
Hi Chris, yes you can sign write the van. We recommend using the vinyl type as it is easier to remove. If the vehicle is on a contract hire agreement this should be removed before returning the van to avoid being charged. Kind regards, Mike

All round very good. Well impressed. It does everything you ask of it and more.
No better Vehicle on the market for the Courier game. Not the cheapest but the best never is. If you buy cheap you get cheap.
Reliable overall performance.
It's the best van on the road, its built to last and will drive just as good when its 5 years old with 100000 miles on it. It's very comfy and makes work a pleasure.
Mercedes are strong but a lot more expensive than the Volkswagen equivalent but Volkswagen are prone to gearbox issues.
Great van, this is the second Sprinter used within the company. I wouldn't buy anything else.
Too early to comment on reliability but a good spec for a low price and feels good to drive.
We've been using these vans since 2005 and never been let down by one!
Very nice van, very big and comfortable.
Absolutely love it! What a van and a lot cheaper than I had been quoted from other firms.
The Mercedes is as expected, excellent. It is far more comfortable vehicle to drive than the Transit and handles exceptionally well. It's almost like driving my CLS :-)
Very good looking van. The van has been sign written and is a good advert for my business.
We only took delivery 4 hours before receiving this survey, so unable to comment on the new vehicle. However we already have 2 in the fleet so hope it performs as good as these.
Does everything we want it to. Good build quality.
Briliant, a dream come true.
It's fit for purpose !
Cheaper to lease and hopefully service is much better than Volkswagen .
